High school-aged singers with previous experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with auditions currently scheduled for June 7, 2026. Singers in middle school or high school with changed or changing voices will be considered for the Young Men’s Ensemble with auditions on May 30, June 3, and June 6.
For singers in grades 1-2, LACC offers non-auditioned First Experiences in Singing (FES) classes and Next Experiences in Singing (NES) classes. Registration for fall FES and NES will open soon.
LACC offers children the opportunity to grow musically by supporting their healthy vocal development via a comprehensive, balanced, sequential program. Children enjoy the shared experience of creating choral music with their ensembles; acquire musicianship skills; develop individual voices through one-on-one vocal coaching; and build camaraderie and the “spirit of the ensemble” with fellow choristers at retreats and in rehearsal.
LACC also affords its choristers once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to participate in its national and international touring program and experience the stage in collaborative performances with some of the world’s most prestigious companies, such as Los Angeles Opera, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Master Chorale, and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. Through LACC’s transformative program, children discover their musical ability and creativity in a supportive environment that nurtures the whole child.
Affording Your Child’s LACC Experience

WHAT DOES TUITION INCLUDE?
Touring opportunities are offered to choristers in the following ensembles: Intermediate Choir, Concert Choir, Young Men’s Ensemble, Chorale, and Chamber Singers. Fees for Tours are not covered as part of Annual Tuition. For LACC international, domestic, and regional tours, tour fees and payment schedules are determined based on trip destination and dates.

The full fees for the Concert Choir/Young Men’s Ensemble/Chorale/Chamber Singers tour were $6,100, with 42% of choristers receiving financial aid.
Each LACC ensemble has a required uniform. The cost for the required uniforms is not included in the Annual Tuition and is an additional cost to a chorister’s participation. Most choristers are able to wear the same uniform for a few years, though this can depend on how quickly they grow.
