Join us on Friday, April 12, 2024 for our Spring Benefit, Every Child Sings. We have rebranded our flagship fundraiser, placing our choristers at the center of the event.
The benefit will be held in the cultural hub of downtown Los Angeles, at Zipper Hall on the Colburn School campus. There will be performances by LACC’s ensembles joined by special guest artist, renowned violinist Anne Akiko Meyers. We may also be debuting our newest choristers from LACC@HOLA who are part of our inaugural cohort at Heart of Los Angeles.
The evening begins with a concert followed by a festive after-party on the outdoor plaza of the Colburn campus. There will be delicious food paired with wines and custom cocktails. Live music and lively conversation will set the mood.
This year, our auction and fund-a-need will be online. The bidding can begin from home and carry on through the event. There will be high-ticket items and one-of-a-kind experiences. ALL of the proceeds of our virtual paddle raise will go to support our dedicated scholarship fund: Every Child Sings.
Your participation will directly impact our young choristers and the long-term health of our growing organization. We hope you will join us!

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, Los Angeles Children’s Chorus’ 2023 Spring Gala: An Evening at The Huntington returns to the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. Our evening will begin with a cocktail hour in the beautiful Rose Hills Foundation Garden Court with a formal dinner, performances, and live auction to follow in Haaga Hall.
This year, LACC is proud to honor one of our own, Associate Artistic Director Mandy Brigham. After 22 years of leadership, Mandy will retire at the conclusion of the 2022|23 season. Please join us to celebrate the huge impact she has had on our organization and our choristers!
The 2023 Spring Gala: An Evening at The Huntington will be emceed by Kai Ryssdal, host of public radio’s Marketplace, and feature performances by LACC’s remarkable choristers and Artistic Director Fernando Malvar-Ruiz, Associate Artistic Director Mandy Brigham, and Young Men’s Ensemble Director Dr. Steven Kronauer.
This evening will be a memorable way to recognize the innumerable contributions of Mandy Brigham while also supporting the bright future of LACC. All proceeds from the evening will support LACC’s music education programs and need-based scholarship fund.

The winner of our Last Hero Standing will take home a collector’s case of wine, featuring a rare 1995 Chateau Mouton Rothschild.
